The Mustang Kamado M is a freestanding ceramic grill designed for direct grilling, indirect cooking, and smoking. It runs on charcoal or firewood and maintains steady temperatures during long cooking sessions. The primary cooking area features a 380 mm stainless steel grate, suitable for both quick grilling and larger cuts of meat. A built-in thermometer on the lid allows you to monitor the internal temperature without opening the cooker. The hinged lid traps heat and smoke, and you control the temperature by adjusting the airflow through the vents.

The body is constructed from mullite ceramic, which is heat-resistant and provides effective thermal insulation. The grill sits on a powder-coated steel cart with four legs and lockable castors, making it easy to move across flat surfaces. Inside the combustion chamber, a charcoal basket holds the fuel above the ash collection zone. The exterior has a neutral grey finish.
