The 320 mm stone is suitable for standard, medium-sized pizzas and acts as a heat reservoir, stabilizing the baking surface temperature during cooking.

A stainless steel pizza peel is included for safely transferring dough to the heated stone. The tool handles are made from wood and synthetic materials (PP and EVA) for improved grip. The set also includes a stainless steel rolling cutter for portioning pizzas. The components have a combined weight of 2320 g, which provides sufficient thermal mass without adding excessive bulk. The set is not dishwasher-safe and must be washed by hand to protect the cordierite and wooden parts. For storage, the kit measures 440 mm by 340 mm.
