The Mustang Connoisseur 4+1 gas barbecue is a freestanding unit designed for multi-zone cooking. It operates on gas and delivers a total power output of 18.5 kW across five cooking zones. A 3,312 cm² primary cooking area provides ample space for everyday use. Four stainless steel burners heat the main grill, while an integrated infrared side burner is designed for searing. This zone reaches 800 °C. The grill can be configured for indirect cooking, allowing you to prepare different foods simultaneously at varying temperatures.

The unit features a black powder-coated steel frame built for outdoor conditions. Food is cooked on matte enamelled cast-iron grates, which distribute heat evenly across the surface. A built-in lid thermometer allows you to monitor internal temperatures without lifting the lid and losing heat. Heat is controlled via front-mounted knobs with stepless regulators for precise flame adjustment. A removable drip tray and grease collector simplify cleaning. The base includes a shelf for a gas bottle and two castor wheels for easy movement across a patio.
