The Cisco Business 151AXM is a wall-mounted mesh extender designed to expand wireless coverage using the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. It operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, providing a maximum combined data transfer rate of 1200 Mbit/s. The device uses mesh technology to connect wirelessly to existing access points, removing the need for physical backhaul cabling. Internal antennas keep the design compact while supporting up to 400 devices. The extender is intended for office environments where you need to extend signal reach and eliminate dead zones in individual rooms.

The device functions as a dedicated wireless extension node and contains no RJ-45 Ethernet LAN or WAN ports. Security is managed through WPA3 and AES protocols.
