The Jabra Engage 50 II is a wired headset engineered for professional use in office and contact center environments. The stereo on-ear design features 20 mm drivers and incorporates Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to optimize audio for voice clarity during calls. Voice pickup is handled by a three-microphone system located on a boom arm, which is designed to reduce background noise and isolate the user's speech.

This headset is constructed for sustained use, with a lightweight 65-gram frame and an adjustable headband. An inline Link control unit offers physical buttons for call management, including volume adjustment, mute, and answer/end functions, along with a programmable button for custom shortcuts. A built-in BusyLight LED indicator on the earcup signals to others when the user is on an active call.
