The Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact Lite is a mid-tower chassis constructed with a steel frame and a flush, tempered glass side panel. Its primary design element is the angular mesh front panel, which is engineered for direct air intake to facilitate component cooling. This case supports a comprehensive cooling configuration with mounts for up to three front fans, two top fans, and one rear fan. It arrives with pre-installed RGB fans that establish a baseline airflow path and provide system illumination.

The internal layout accommodates ATX, mATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, offering flexibility for various build requirements. For liquid cooling, it provides mounting locations for radiators up to 360 mm in the front and up to 240 mm at the top. Component clearance is specified at 169 mm for CPU coolers and up to 180 mm for standard ATX power supplies. The chassis also includes dedicated drive mounts for both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch storage devices, alongside integrated tie-points and routing space for cable management.
