The DeepCool CH510 is a mid-tower case constructed with an SPCC steel frame, ABS plastic components, and a tempered glass side panel. It supports a range of motherboard form factors, from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX, providing flexibility for various system builds. The internal layout is designed to accommodate large components, including CPU air coolers up to 175 mm in height and standard ATX power supplies with a maximum length of 170 mm. This focus on component compatibility makes it suitable for diverse hardware configurations within a minimal design.

The chassis is engineered for substantial cooling, with mounts for up to a 360 mm radiator at both the front and top panels. Air cooling support includes space for up to three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans in the same locations. A single 120 mm fan is pre-installed at the rear to provide immediate exhaust airflow. For storage, the case includes a drive cage for two 3.5-inch drives and dedicated mounts for up to three 2.5-inch drives. Integrated dust filters and cable management features are included to aid in system maintenance and airflow.
