The Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSBSV is a direct-drive turntable that plays vinyl records at 33⅓, 45, and 78 RPM. A DC servo motor drives the platter, while a built-in phono preamplifier allows for connection to powered speakers or receivers without a dedicated phono input. An integrated USB port enables the transfer of analog audio to a computer. The unit consumes approximately 2.75 W and has a silver finish.

An aluminium platter provides a stable base for records. The turntable is fully manual and features an S-shaped tonearm. A moving magnet (MM) cartridge tracks the grooves to generate an audio signal.
