The Therabody Theragun Wedge Attachment (GEN4-PKG-WEDGE) is designed for scraping and flushing recovery techniques. Unlike standard ball or dampener attachments, it provides a focused contact point for working along muscle groups rather than delivering general percussive force. It is intended for use on the shoulder blades and iliotibial (IT) bands to help reduce tightness. The wedge shape enables a stroking motion, allowing for deeper treatment on long muscle surfaces and converting the device’s percussive action into a directional massage for larger body areas.

The attachment is made from non-porous, closed-cell foam, meaning it does not absorb sweat, lotions, or oils. This hygienic surface can be wiped clean between sessions. It is easy to attach and remove, allowing for quick transitions during a recovery routine. The black finish matches fourth and fifth-generation Theragun hardware.
