The OSRAM TYREinflate 6000 (OTIR6000) is a portable, rechargeable air pump for vehicle tyres, air beds, mattresses, and sports equipment. It runs on an internal lithium-ion battery and can also be powered via a 12 V DC car socket or a mains charger. It is rated to inflate a 13-inch tyre from flat to 2.4 bar in approximately two minutes. The device is suitable for roadside maintenance and outdoor use where external air sources are unavailable, using a digital interface to monitor pressure and ensure accuracy.

The inflator features a digital display and an integrated pressure gauge for real-time monitoring. An auto-stop function halts inflation once the target pressure is reached to prevent over-inflation. A built-in torch provides illumination in low light, and an integrated USB port allows the battery to function as a power bank for mobile devices.
