Heat dissipation relies on a configuration featuring four 4 mm direct-contact copper heat pipes, which draw thermal energy directly from the CPU integrated heat spreader and transfer it efficiently into the aluminum fin array. With a total assembled height of 159 mm, this cooler maintains compatibility with most standard mid-tower chassis while typically avoiding conflict with installed RAM modules. The design prioritizes consistent thermal conductivity and stable operation under load.

Airflow across the heatsink is provided by one 120 mm fan, which utilizes a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) designed for enhanced longevity and reduced friction noise. The fan speed is modulated using a 4-pin PWM connection, offering a rotational range spanning 500 RPM to 1800 RPM. This results in a maximum measured airflow of 50.18 CFM and a static pressure up to 2.7 mmH2O. Noise output remains contained, peaking at 27.5 dB at full operating speed, while dropping to 17.2 dB at minimum rotational speed.
