The StarTech.com ST10GSPEXNDP2 2-port 10GbE PCIe network adapter card adds high-speed wired networking to desktop PCs and servers. The card installs via a PCI Express 3.0 x4 interface and supports data transfer rates of up to 10,000 Mbit/s over standard copper twisted-pair cabling. It is compatible with 10G, 5G, 2.5G, 1G, 100M, and 10M network standards. As a dedicated wired interface, the card does not include Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities.
Based on the Marvell AQC113CS chipset, the adapter supports cable distances of up to 100 metres. Three integrated LEDs provide visual feedback for activity, link status, and diagnostics. The board features a full-height profile designed for standard workstation or server chassis. It is compatible with Windows 8.1 through 11, Windows Server 2012 R2 through 2019, and common Linux distributions.
