Cisco Catalyst 9115AXI-EWC-I - Wireless Access Point

The Cisco Catalyst 9115AXI-EWC-I is an indoor enterprise access point based on the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. It operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to provide a maximum combined data transfer rate of 5380 Mbit/s. An integrated Embedded Wireless Controller allows for network management without requiring an external appliance. Four internal antennas, using MU-MIMO and beamforming, maintain signal integrity in high-density environments. The hardware supports legacy 802.11a/b/g/n and ac Wave 2 standards for broader device compatibility, and 2000 MB of internal memory manages enterprise-level traffic.

Wired connectivity is provided by a single Multigigabit Ethernet RJ-45 port, which supports speeds of 100, 1000, and 2500 Mbit/s. The device is powered via Power over Ethernet (802.3af, 802.3at, or 802.3bt) or Cisco UPOE. The access point includes a USB 2.0 port and a status indicator.
