The BOYA BY-XM6-S2 Mini is a 2.4 GHz wireless microphone system designed for dual-channel audio capture. It features an omnidirectional condenser transducer with a frequency response of 35 Hz to 18 kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of 77 dB. Hardware manages a maximum sound pressure level of 120 dB and a sensitivity of -39 dB for signal reproduction. It uses GFSK modulation to maintain a stable connection over a 100-meter line-of-sight range. Integrated noise reduction and echo cancellation manage environmental interference during recording.

This system includes two clip-on transmitters and a camera-mount receiver weighing 14.5 grams each. The receiver features an OLED display for monitoring and a 3.5 mm headphone output for real-time tracking. Internal batteries provide 4.5 hours of runtime with USB-C recharging. Included TRS and TRRS cables provide compatibility with cameras, smartphones, and computers. The set contains windscreens and pop filters for outdoor recording.
