The QNAP QSW-M2106R-2S2T is a Layer 2 web-managed switch (2× 10GbE SFP+, 2× 10GbE RJ45, 6× 2.5GbE RJ45) designed for segmenting local area networks and handling multi-gigabit traffic. As a non-PoE device, it operates at Layer 2, focusing on efficient data forwarding rather than inter-network IP routing. It provides a total switching capacity of 110 Gbit/s across its mixed-speed interfaces. Administrators can connect up to six 2.5GbE RJ-45 devices and two 10GbE RJ-45 connections for high-speed copper uplinks.
