This compact top-flow cooler features an integrated aluminum heatsink structure optimized for efficient heat transfer directly above the socket area. With a total height of 65 mm, the design prioritizes clearance, ensuring broad compatibility with constrained microATX and ITX system builds.

A single 90 mm fan provides active cooling and incorporates a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) for prolonged operational lifespan and minimized operational noise. The fan speed is managed through Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, dynamically regulating rotation between 100 RPM (minimum) and 2000 RPM (maximum) according to the current thermal demand. This acoustic profile is tightly controlled, registering a low noise output of 0.3 sone throughout its operational range.
