The AEROCOOL Bolt is a midi-tower case constructed from steel with a full acrylic side panel for viewing internal components. It supports ATX, micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, providing a foundation for a range of system configurations. The front panel features a carbon fiber-style finish and an integrated RGB LED strip. The lighting system offers 13 preset modes, including six RGB flow and seven static color options, managed via a dedicated control button on the top panel.

The chassis is designed for air and liquid cooling, with mounts for up to six 120mm fans and a single 120mm fan pre-installed at the rear. For liquid cooling configurations, it supports a front-mounted 240mm radiator. Component compatibility includes CPU coolers up to 155mm in height and standard ATX power supplies. The case accommodates up to four storage drives with two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch dedicated bays, and includes provisions for cable management.
