The Aerocool Bionic is a midi-tower chassis designed for standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboard builds. Its construction combines SPCC steel with ABS plastic elements, and it includes a tempered glass side panel for a full view of the system's interior. The front panel incorporates an addressable RGB lighting strip, which can be managed via a dedicated control button on the I/O panel. This case provides a compact footprint while maintaining compatibility with common component standards.

The chassis offers flexible cooling configurations, with support for up to eight 120mm fans located at the front, top, rear, and on the PSU shroud. For liquid cooling, it accommodates radiators up to 280mm in the front and 120mm in the rear or top positions. A single RGB fan is pre-installed at the rear exhaust to initiate airflow. Storage capacity includes a drive cage for two 3.5-inch drives and dedicated mounting points for up to four 2.5-inch SSDs.

Component compatibility extends to CPU coolers up to 158mm in height and standard ATX power supplies with a maximum length of 160mm. The design incorporates a full-length PSU shroud to conceal the power supply and excess cabling, contributing to a cleaner internal layout. Provisions for cable management are available behind the motherboard tray. The top-mounted I/O panel provides access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB 2.0 port, and HD audio jacks.
