The NZXT H7 Elite is a mid-tower ATX case constructed from SGCC steel with tempered glass panels on the front and side. This design provides a clear view of internal components and the pre-installed RGB intake fans. The internal layout is configured for airflow from front to back, with a perforated top panel for additional heat exhaust. An integrated RGB and fan controller allows for centralized management of system lighting and cooling performance.

This chassis is engineered for compatibility with a wide range of hardware, offering substantial room for large components, including multi-fan radiators and tall air coolers. The build process is supported by a tool-less panel removal system and a dedicated cable management layout with channels, hooks, and straps. The I/O panel is located on the top of the case for accessibility and includes high-speed USB-A and USB-C connectivity alongside a combination audio jack.
