The StarTech.com 4-Port 2.5GbE PCIe Network Interface Card (Intel I225-V) provides wired connectivity for desktops and servers. This internal adapter installs into a PCI Express 2.0 slot. Powered by the Intel I225-V chipset, it supports data transfer rates up to 2500 Mbit/s. The card uses standard copper cabling, enabling multi-gigabit speeds without the need for fibre-optic infrastructure.
The adapter is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11, and various Linux distributions, as well as Windows Server 2019 and 2022. Integrated LED indicators show link status and network activity. Administrators can use the card’s Quality of Service (QoS) features to prioritize traffic during periods of heavy network load.
