The QNAP TS-AI642-8G is a 6-bay tower network-attached storage device for centralized data management in homes and offices. It uses an ARM Cortex-A76 quad-core processor and 8GB of memory for file sharing and backups. An integrated Neural Processing Unit accelerates on-device AI tasks. The six drive bays accommodate 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA III drives, though disks are not included. The device supports various RAID configurations, including RAID 5, 6, and 10, for data redundancy.
