The CORSAIR iCUE LINK XG3 RGB Hybrid GPU Water Block is designed for AMD Radeon 7900 XT and XTX graphics cards. It uses a hybrid thermal design, combining liquid cooling for the GPU core and memory with an integrated fan for VRM and circuit board airflow. The block features a nickel-plated copper cold plate and a transparent PMMA fluid chamber. Its internal flow path is designed to manage heat across critical components during heavy workloads.
This block is compatible with AMD Radeon 7900 XT and 7900 XTX hardware. Dual G1/4" threads provide standard connection points for custom liquid cooling loops. Integrated sensors allow for real-time temperature monitoring when connected to the iCUE LINK system. The 463 g unit includes pre-applied thermal paste to simplify installation on the graphics card.
