Bosch GGS 8 CE Professional Straight Grinder

Bosch GGS 8 CE Professional Straight Grinder is a corded electric straight grinder for metal grinding, deburring and surface finishing in workshops, fabrication and maintenance. Its 750 W input power supports material removal with compatible flap wheels, brushes and grinding tools. No-load speed can be preselected from 2,500 to 8,000 RPM to match the accessory and task. Bosch Constant Electronic helps hold the selected speed under load for controlled contact with the workpiece. The adjustable range accommodates measured finishing passes as well as more assertive stock removal.

At 1.7 kg, the straight grinder remains manageable during extended bench work and can reach areas where broader tools may be awkward. It accepts accessories with shanks up to 8 mm and grinding tools up to 50 mm in diameter. Soft start brings the fitted accessory up to speed gradually when the tool is switched on. KickBack Control helps reduce sudden reactions if an accessory jams during use. Direct motor cooling supports operation during intensive grinding sessions. Compatible tooling includes flap wheels, brushes and other 8 mm-shank accessories for a range of metalworking processes.
