The Bosch PST 800 PEL Corded Jigsaw is a mains-powered jigsaw designed for straight and curved cuts in common home-improvement and workshop materials. Its 530 W motor delivers 290 W of output power and drives a variable stroke rate adjustable from 500 to 3,000 strokes per minute. The tool reaches an 80 mm cutting depth in wood at 90° and cuts non-alloyed steel up to 5 mm thick. Suitable substrates include laminate, parquet, flooring, particle board, plastics, aluminium, and non-alloyed steel pipes. It is aimed at DIY users and home renovators who need a mains-powered jigsaw for general fitting and cutting work.

Weighing 2,000 g with an overall length of 267 mm, the saw has a metal base plate that supports bevel adjustment up to 45°. An ergonomic top handle with a soft-grip overlay provides comfortable control during prolonged use. The Bosch SDS system enables tool-free blade changes and is compatible with Bosch SDS jigsaw blades; a T 144 D blade is included for immediate use.
