The Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL is a full-tower chassis constructed from aluminum, steel, and 4mm tempered glass on its front and side panels. Its dual-chamber layout is engineered to house large-scale custom builds, offering compatibility with E-ATX motherboards up to 280mm wide, in addition to standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX form factors. This design separates the primary hardware from the power supply and storage drives, which can aid in thermal management and cable organization. The case's substantial interior provides considerable space for high-end components and elaborate cooling configurations.

Cooling capacity is a primary attribute, with simultaneous support for up to three 420mm or 360mm radiators located on the top, side, and bottom mounts. The chassis also accommodates up to eleven 120mm or 140mm fans for users who prefer air cooling solutions. For added convenience, the front I/O module can be relocated to three different positions along the case's bottom frame to suit various desk layouts.
