The Einhell GP-EA 18/150 Li BL-Solo 18V Cordless Earth Auger, Bare Unit drills round holes in soil. Its intended tasks include planting shrubs, installing fence posts and preparing small foundations. Power comes from an 18V lithium-ion battery, giving cordless operation away from a mains supply. Maximum torque is rated at 96 N⋅m for turning the auger through the ground. A maximum idle speed of 125 RPM suits the controlled drilling action required for earth boring.

A metal frame supports the drive assembly, while the aluminium gearbox forms part of the working structure. The double-handle layout has ergonomic Softgrip surfaces for maintaining a two-handed hold while guiding the auger. Compatibility is limited to the Einhell Power X-Change 18V battery system, and the unit operates with one battery. No battery is supplied with this Solo version. A charger is also excluded. Users without an existing compatible battery and charger will need to obtain both separately.
