The EINHELL GE-CG 18/100 Li T-Solo Cordless Grass and Shrub Shears is a battery-powered garden tool for trimming lawn edges and maintaining small shrubs. Its 100 mm grass-cutting width is intended for detailed work rather than broad areas of lawn. For shrub work, it cuts light growth and branches up to 8 mm thick. This gives the tool two related uses: tidying fine grass and shaping or thinning plants such as boxwood. Cordless operation removes the need for a mains lead or petrol engine during routine garden maintenance.

At 700 g excluding the battery, the shears keep the bare tool weight low for close, controlled work. The included telescopic extension handle supports a more upright position when working along lawn edges. This can reduce the need to kneel, while the ergonomic handle and soft-grip surfaces provide a secure hold. The shear head takes separate grass and shrub attachments, with tool-free blade changes between tasks. The Solo package does not include a battery or charger. Both must be obtained separately before the tool can be operated.
