The EINHELL TE-HD 18/12 Li-Solo 18 V Power X-Change Cordless Rotary Hammer is a battery-powered drill for rotary drilling, hammer drilling, and screwdriving. Its 14 N·m maximum torque covers fastening and general drilling work. Maximum drilling diameter is 14 mm in wood, 8 mm in steel, and 12 mm in concrete. The concrete rating makes the hammer function suitable for light to medium renovation tasks. Cordless operation avoids a mains lead trailing around the work area.

The drill weighs 1.5 kg and combines a plastic housing with metal gearing. Its soft-grip handle provides a more secure hold during use. The SDS-Plus chuck accepts compatible drill bits rather than conventional straight-shank bits directly. A single-gear transmission is paired with variable electronic speed control. An integrated LED illuminates the drilling point in dim areas. This is a bare tool compatible with the removable EINHELL Power X-Change batteries; no battery, charger, or carrying case is supplied.
