The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is a 30 x 30 mm thermal pad designed to transfer heat between electronic components and heatsinks. With a thermal conductivity of 8 W/m·K and a thickness of 2 mm, it consists of a metal oxide and silicone compound. As it is electrically non-conductive and non-corrosive, it can be used safely with sensitive hardware. The pad is RoHS and REACH compliant and provides a consistent interface for filling gaps between components.
