The Thermal Grizzly Mycro Direct-Die AM5 is a water block designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. It mounts directly onto the processor's exposed silicon, removing the thermal resistance of a standard integrated heat spreader. Internal micro-fins maximise the surface area for coolant contact, while the nickel-plated copper base provides efficient heat transfer and corrosion resistance.
This block is compatible with delidded AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors and replaces the original heat spreader. Standard G1/4" threads ensure compatibility with most custom loop fittings and tubing. Please note that removing the processor's heat spreader voids the manufacturer's warranty.
