Thermal Grizzly Mycro Direct-Die RGB, CPU Water Block, AM5, Black

The Thermal Grizzly Mycro Direct-Die RGB CPU Water Block for AM5 is designed for cooling delidded processors. It features a nickel-plated copper base plate, which acts as the primary thermal interface. Thirteen addressable RGB LEDs are integrated into the block for lighting. The block's annealed tempered acrylic body is topped with an anodised aluminium cover. Because the cold plate makes direct contact with the CPU chiplets, the thermal resistance of a standard integrated heat spreader is eliminated.

This water block supports the AMD AM5 socket and is compatible with delidded Ryzen 7000 and 9000-series CPUs, including X3D variants. Note that Ryzen 5 7400F and Ryzen 8000G series APUs are not supported. The block connects to a liquid loop via two G1/4" threads. A magnetic mount for the aluminium cover simplifies assembly and maintenance, and lighting is controlled via a standard 3-pin ARGB connector.
