The GARDENA RollUp L Wall-Mounted Hose Reel 30 m is a complete wall-mounted irrigation kit designed for automated hose storage and deployment. It includes a 30 m garden hose with a 13 mm diameter to provide reach across large outdoor spaces. This model uses an automatic reeling mechanism to retract the hose into the housing without manual winding. Users pull the hose to the desired length, and the unit locks at frequent intervals to hold the hose in place. To retract, a short pull releases the internal lock, activating a brake for a controlled return. Installation is restricted to wall surfaces, as the unit is not designed for mobile or ground-based placement.

The housing is built from weatherproof materials designed to withstand both frost and UV exposure. This construction allows for permanent year-round installation on an exterior wall. A 180° pivot angle enables the reel to follow the user's path, preventing kinks and ensuring smooth hose movement. Out of the box, the unit includes a 1.5 m feeding hose to connect the reel to a standard outdoor tap. Mounting brackets, a spray gun, and a spray nozzle are included for immediate setup.
