The laser light source provides a typical contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, making it suitable for environments such as classrooms or training rooms where ambient light may be present. This model is designed for educational applications that require large, detailed projections from a minimal distance.
With a 0.35 throw ratio, the LW855UST can be positioned close to the projection surface to create an image between 80 and 100 inches, which helps to reduce shadows and glare. The projector features a fixed zoom and manual focus for image setup. For image alignment, it provides both horizontal and vertical keystone correction of ±15 degrees, allowing for flexibility in placement relative to the screen. The unit is intended for stable installations, with included mounting brackets.
