Aruba AP-605R - Remote Access Point, White

The HPE Aruba Networking AP-605R (RW) is a tri-band remote access point that uses the Wi-Fi 6E standard across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequencies. By using the 6 GHz band, the hardware increases capacity and reduces signal interference in dense environments. It supports a combined wireless data transfer rate of up to 3600 Mbit/s and includes MU-MIMO technology to manage data distribution for up to 512 devices. The unit is designed for desktop mounting to simplify deployment in remote work settings.

Wired networking is provided by five RJ-45 ports supporting Gigabit and Multigigabit Ethernet. The device is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE+), allowing a single cable to provide both data and power. Wireless traffic is encrypted using WPA3 and Enhanced Open protocols. System administrators can manage configurations and firmware via a web-based interface. A single USB 2.0 port is included for peripheral connectivity, and the Ethernet WAN port supports direct connection to a modem or gateway.
