The DeepCool AK620 Digital White is a dual-tower air cooling solution designed to manage high thermal loads generated by modern desktop processors. The heatsink comprises an aluminum fin stack anchored by six 6 mm copper heat pipes, facilitating direct and efficient thermal transfer from the base plate. Heat dissipation is handled by two 120 mm fans operating in a push-pull configuration, engineered to balance volume airflow and static pressure across the dense fin array. The total unit measures 162 mm in height, requiring appropriate clearance within the system chassis.

The accompanying 120 mm fans employ Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB), allowing rotational speeds to range dynamically between 500 RPM and 1850 RPM via a 4-pin PWM connection. At maximum operating speed, the cooling units generate 68.99 CFM of airflow while maintaining a controlled noise level of 28 dB. Maximum static pressure capability is specified at 2.19 mmH₂O. Mounting hardware is included to support a wide array of current and previous generation processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 platforms.
