Bosch Professional, GKS 12V-26, 12 V, 85 mm Cordless hand-held circular saw

The Bosch Professional GKS 12V-26 12 V Cordless Circular Saw, 85 mm is a hand-held circular saw for straight cuts in wood and thin wood-based sheet materials. It cuts to 26.5 mm at 90° and 17 mm at 45°. Battery power supports cordless use during installation, repair and workshop work. Suitable materials include wood, laminate, OSB, plywood and MDF, intended for controlled straight cuts. The stated cutting depths provide a reference when selecting stock thickness for a single pass.

A steel base plate supports the saw as it moves across a workpiece. An LED lamp illuminates the cutting area, and a spindle lock is provided for blade changes. The dust-extraction port can be connected to a suitable system to help manage sawdust. The saw is compatible with the Bosch Professional 12V System and the Bosch guide rail system when used with an appropriate adapter; the guide rail itself is not included. At 1,400 g, the saw has a relatively low stated weight for handling during installation or repair work. This is a body-only version, so the battery and charger must be supplied separately.

• 20-tooth blade – tooth count of the included blade.
• Standard for Wood saw blade included – supplied blade type, intended for cutting wood.
• Brushed motor – motor type specified as brushed.
• Maximum idle speed of 1,400 RPM – stated no-load rotation speed.
• 90 dB sound pressure level – stated sound level at the operator position.
