The Bosch UniversalHammer 18V Cordless Hammer Drill Bare Tool is a battery-powered hammer drill for drilling, hammer drilling, chiselling and screwdriving. Its 18 V drive makes it suitable for cordless home improvement and maintenance work. A pneumatic hammer mechanism supports masonry tasks such as installing fixings, removing wall tiles and cutting cable channels. Maximum drilling diameters are 25 mm in wood, 13 mm in steel and 16 mm in concrete. This material range covers common drilling work across timber, metal and masonry.

The drill weighs 2 kg and has a soft-grip design for more controlled handling. Its SDS plus chuck accepts compatible bits and allows them to be changed without a conventional keyed chuck. A built-in LED illuminates the immediate work area in dim locations. Adjustable speed and forward or reverse rotation provide control for drilling and screwdriving. This bare tool accepts Bosch 18V POWER FOR ALL lithium-ion batteries, but neither a battery nor a charger is supplied.
