Bosch GEX 12V-125 Professional Cordless Random Orbit Sander Solo 12V is a battery-powered random orbit sander for surface preparation and finishing. It handles basic and intermediate sanding, lacquer removal and finishing. Its speed range runs from 6,000 to 10,000 RPM. The oscillation rate is also adjustable from 12,000 to 20,000 OPM. These controls allow the sanding action to be matched to the material and stage of work. Compatible surfaces include wood, veneer, lacquer, filler, mineral and acrylic.

The integrated dust-extraction port and supplied dust bag provide options for collecting sanding residue. A 125 mm round plate covers general flat-surface work while retaining access near edges. Hook-and-loop fixing keeps abrasive sheet changes straightforward. At 950 g, the compact handheld body is suited to mobile jobs and confined working areas. A soft-grip palm rest, ergonomic form and low centre of gravity support stable control. This Solo configuration includes no battery or charger, so it is intended for users of compatible Bosch Professional 12V batteries.
