The Bosch GSA 18 V-LI Professional Cordless Reciprocating Saw Solo 18 V is a battery-powered saw for construction, installation, renovation, and demanding DIY cutting work. It uses an 18 V lithium-ion platform compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V System and AMPShare alliance. Its maximum no-load stroke rate is 2,700 strokes per minute, paired with a 28 mm stroke length for substantial blade travel. Two speed settings provide stroke rates of 2,400 and 2,700 strokes per minute. Variable-speed control allows adjustment when cutting wood, metal, plastic, wood composites, and insulation materials.

At 3.4 kg, the saw has a soft-grip handle to support controlled handling during extended cutting tasks. A Bosch SDS mechanism allows saw blades to be changed without tools. The reciprocating blade format is suited to demolition, pipe cutting, and general material removal where access may be restricted. Electronic protection covers deep discharge, overheating, and overload conditions. As a solo version, it is supplied without a battery or charger, making existing system compatibility an important purchase consideration.
