The Bosch EasyDrill 1200 12 V Cordless Drill/Driver Set, 2 x 1.5 Ah Batteries, Charger and Case is intended for routine drilling, furniture assembly and repair work. Its cordless design runs on a 12 V rechargeable battery. Maximum torque is rated at 30 N·m for drilling and driving fasteners. Maximum drilling diameter is 20 mm in wood and 8 mm in steel. These ratings make the drill suitable for common household materials and general DIY tasks.

Weight, including the battery, is 940 g, which limits fatigue during extended or overhead work. A keyless chuck accepts bits up to 10 mm and requires no separate chuck key for bit changes. The built-in work light provides illumination in dark cabinets and confined areas. A two-speed gearbox separates controlled screwdriving from faster drilling, while the two supplied 1.5 Ah lithium-ion batteries can be swapped between tasks. A charger and carrying case are also included for charging, storage and transport.
