The Bosch GBH 8-45 DV Professional SDS max Rotary Hammer Drill is a corded model for demanding drilling and chiselling in concrete and masonry. Its motor has a 1,500 W input rating for regular construction, installation, renovation and demolition work. Maximum impact energy is 12.5 J, providing the rated force required for heavy concrete applications. The drill handles concrete holes up to 45 mm with compatible standard tooling. With core cutters, the maximum concrete drilling diameter increases to 125 mm.

At 8.9 kg, the drill has a substantial format suited to regular site work. Its SDS max chuck supports compatible heavy-duty drill bits and chisels. An auxiliary handle adds a second gripping point for greater control during operation. Bosch Vibration Control is fitted to help reduce vibration during use. As an AC mains model, it avoids battery runtime limits but requires access to an electrical supply.
