The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 is a dual-tower air cooler engineered for effective thermal management of modern processors. Heat transfer begins at a nickel-plated copper base connected to seven 6mm heat pipes. These pipes distribute thermal energy across two large aluminum fin stacks, maximizing the total surface area available for dissipation. The cooler features an all-black aesthetic and measures 157mm in height, requiring adequate chassis clearance above the CPU socket.

Two 120mm fans are included, utilizing S-FDB fluid dynamic bearings to ensure operational stability and extended lifespan. Fan speed is regulated via a 4-pin PWM connection, allowing maximum rotational speed to reach 1500 RPM. This configuration generates an airflow performance of 66.17 CFM alongside 1.53 mmH2O of static pressure. The documented noise output at full speed is limited to 25.6 dB. Mounting hardware supports current mainstream platforms, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5.
