The Thermalright SI-100 is a compact top-flow air cooling solution engineered for high-density PC chassis requiring low component clearance. Heat dissipation begins at a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base plate, ensuring efficient thermal transfer from the CPU integrated heat spreader. Six 6 mm copper heatpipes draw thermal energy away from the base and distribute it across the dense aluminum fin stack above. This design prioritizes cooling efficiency while maintaining a total height suitable for many small form factor builds.

Airflow is managed by a single 120 mm TL-E12W-S fan featuring an S-FDB V2 bearing, promoting operational reliability and acoustic stability. The fan supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing rotational speeds to dynamically adjust between 0 and 2000 RPM based on thermal load. At peak performance, the fan delivers up to 72.37 CFM of airflow while generating a maximum sound output of 27.7 dB. The unit maintains broad compatibility, supporting current Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 platforms, and features integrated ARGB lighting for system synchronization.
