The heatsink utilizes four 6 millimeter copper heat pipes paired with aluminum fins for efficient thermal transfer away from the processor die. A nickel-plated pure copper baseplate facilitates maximum contact and heat absorption from the integrated heat spreader.

Thermal management is handled by a single 92 millimeter fan utilizing a hydraulic bearing for sustained operation. The fan supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), allowing the rotational speed to scale automatically between 0 and 2700 RPM based on current thermal demands. At maximum speed, the fan generates 42.58 CFM of airflow and a static pressure of 1.33 mmH2O, while maintaining a peak noise output of 22.4 dB.
