This CPU cooler is engineered for systems requiring minimal vertical clearance, featuring a low-profile design with a total height of 38 mm. Heat dissipation relies on a heatsink array connected by four 6 mm copper heatpipes. The primary contact surface is a C1100 pure copper base plate that utilizes a nickel-plated finish for enhanced thermal transfer efficiency and component durability. This cooling solution supports a wide range of modern mainstream processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 platforms.

Cooling is managed by the included 92 mm TL-9015B fan, which operates using a hydraulic bearing system. This fan supports Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), allowing rotational speeds to dynamically adjust up to a maximum of 2700 RPM based on the processor’s thermal load. At peak speed, the fan moves 42.58 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air and generates a static pressure of 1.33 mmH₂O. The recorded noise output at maximum operational speed is 22.4 dB.
