The Thermalright TR-SI-100 is a top-flow CPU cooling solution engineered specifically for chassis requiring restricted height clearance. This compact design features a total installed height of 74.8 mm. Cooling performance relies on a system utilizing a copper base plate and six 6 mm nickel-plated heatpipes designed to efficiently transfer thermal energy away from the processor die. The cooler maintains broad platform support, including modern AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700 sockets.

Heat dissipation is managed by a single 120 mm fan, which utilizes Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) technology for long-term stability and controlled acoustics. Fan speed is regulated via a 4-pin PWM header, allowing for automatic modulation between 0 and 2000 RPM based on thermal load. At maximum operational speed, the cooler generates 72.37 CFM of airflow and produces a maximum noise output of 27.7 dB. The unit applies up to 2.87 mmH₂O of static pressure to effectively move air through the heatsink fins.
