The XILENCE M403PRO.ARGB is a single-tower air cooling solution rated for processors consuming up to 150W Thermal Design Power (TDP). Heat dissipation utilizes three 6mm heat pipes channeled through an array of aluminum fins. The structure employs direct contact architecture, facilitating efficient heat transfer from the CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) directly into the heat pipes. This design targets stable thermal management necessary for powerful multi-core processing under sustained load.

Cooling airflow is generated by a single 120 mm fan which utilizes a Hydro Bearing mechanism. The fan operates across a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled speed range, scaling from 500 RPM up to 1800 RPM. This controlled operation limits acoustic output, with measured noise levels ranging from 14.2 dB at minimum speed to 25.6 dB under maximum rotation. The unit maintains broad compatibility, including mounting hardware for Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 sockets, and features Addressable RGB (ARGB) lighting integration.
