The TP-Link Tapo C120 is a versatile indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi security camera. It records at a maximum resolution of 2560x1440 pixels using a 4 MP CMOS sensor. The camera connects to your local network via Wi-Fi, removing the need for Ethernet cabling during installation. Its 120-degree field of view covers areas such as driveways, living rooms, or patios. For low-light conditions, integrated infrared night vision illuminates subjects up to 9 metres away. It uses H.264 video compression at 20 frames per second to balance image clarity and network bandwidth.

With an IP66 weatherproof rating, this camera is designed to withstand rain and dust in temperatures ranging from -20 to 45 °C. It is powered by a DC connection, requiring a nearby mains outlet for continuous operation. The mounting design allows for ceiling, wall, or desk placement. Built-in microphones and speakers enable two-way audio communication, allowing you to speak through the live feed. The camera also uses intelligent detection to filter motion, with specific recognition for faces, pets, and vehicles, alongside line-crossing detection for defined monitoring boundaries.
