It provides a 14 mm offset to bridge the gap between misaligned ports on radiators or water blocks. The rotary design allows for a full 360-degree range of motion, letting you adjust the orientation after installation to keep tubing straight without requiring extra bends. This helps save space in compact cases where component clearance is limited.
