The Taurus Professional 3 Plus (3L, 2100W) is a standalone deep fryer. It features a 3-litre oil capacity, suitable for frying batches of up to 0.9 kg. A 2100 W heating element reaches and maintains the required cooking temperatures, managed via a manual rotary dial and adjustable thermostat. This allows for precise heat control to suit different ingredients. An integrated drainage system helps with oil management after cooking.

Constructed from stainless steel, the fryer includes an enamelled steel bowl and a matching lid. The detachable, hinged lid features a viewing window, allowing you to monitor food without releasing heat. The bowl is removable and the components are dishwasher-safe for easy maintenance. Cool-touch handles allow the unit to be moved safely while warm, and non-slip feet ensure it remains stable on the worktop during operation. A high-lift mechanism is included to raise the basket out of the oil for draining.
